Hi, I’m Olivia! My love for creating meaningful, memorable experiences began when I studied Hospitality Management at James Madison University, where I focused on events and business. Since then, I’ve had the joy of planning everything from intimate weddings to grand celebrations, while also diving into floral design, décor, and venue management. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications as a Certified Wedding Planner, Digital Event Strategist, and Certified Meeting Professional.

My journey has taken me all over the world—planning events in 10 countries and working on everything from small board meetings and university gatherings to concerts, festivals, retreats, trade shows, and even high-profile events with politicians and world leaders. Each event, no matter the size, has taught me the value of blending creativity with organization to bring someone’s vision to life.

Now, I’m thrilled to bring that experience to West Texas. My heart is in creating events that feel personal, joyful, and unforgettable—whether it’s a wedding full of love and laughter or a community event that brings people together.
