Hi, I’m Olivia! My love for events grew from planning my birthday parties as a little girl—dreaming up themes, crafting decorations, and finding joy in creating something special. That passion deepened at James Madison University, where I earned a degree in Hospitality Management and learned how to transform creativity into meaningful experiences. Since then, I’ve had the joy of planning everything from intimate weddings to grand celebrations, while also diving into floral design, décor, and venue management. Along the way, I’ve earned industry certifications as a Certified Wedding Planner, Digital Event Strategist, and Certified Meeting Professional—and in 2025, I was honored to be named to the Events Industry Women to Watch list.

My journey has taken me all over the world—planning events in 10 countries and working on everything from small board meetings and university gatherings to concerts, festivals, retreats, trade shows, and even high-profile events with politicians and world leaders. Each event, no matter the size, has taught me the value of blending creativity with organization to bring someone’s vision to life.

Now, I’m thrilled to bring that experience to West Texas. My heart is in creating personal, joyful, and unforgettable events—whether it’s a wedding full of love and laughter or a community event bringing people together. At the end of the day, I believe every celebration should feel effortless for you and extraordinary for your guests.
